Brian Morris
Loan Originator and Asset Manager, Susquehanna Structured Capital
Brian has over 25 years of commercial real estate, lending, and asset management experience. He is presently a Managing Director at Susquehanna Structured Capital (SSC) located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. SSC provides subordinate debt and debt-like preferred equity for developments and transitional properties. As a former CMBS Borrower Advocate, Brian has worked directly with Master and Special Servicers as well as the Trust’s Bondholders to resolve complicated loan issues for Borrowers. Brian’s unique “engineering and analytical” pedigree coupled with his CMBS lending acumen allows Brian to deftly value any commercial asset and provide insightful deal intelligence—he possesses a mature industry perspective that complements The Henley Group’s resolution-focused mindset.
Scott H. Park
Director and Mortgage Banker/Broker, ColumbiaNational
Scott has 28 years of commercial real estate experience under his belt and is the Managing Member of ColumbiaNational Real Estate Finance. Scott is responsible for producing new loans, managing the Washington DC production office, overseeing operations in loan servicing and loan production and directing corporate strategy. Additionally, Scott has worked as a commercial real estate appraiser and has experience in the hotel industry. He is a member of Allstate Correspondent Advisory Council and a member of DCBIA Capital Markets Committee. We look for Scott’s guidance in distilling macro CRE trends as well as his deep insights about what’s happening in the MidAtlantic region. Scott holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
